RetailSite.com RETURN POLICY

You have up to 15 days after the date that RetailSite.com ships the merchandise to you (the buyer), to initiate your return. The returned merchandise must reach RetailSite.com within thirty (30) days after the original ship date to the buyer. RetailSite.com will not accept the return of or issue refund for any merchandise more than thirty (30) days after the original ship date to the buyer.

RetailSite.com will only accept the return of merchandise provided that it is unused and in its original condition, that it is returned in its original packaging and that all of its parts, components and accessories are included.

RetailSite.com will not accept any shipment of merchandise that it is used or not in its original condition, that it is not returned in its original packaging or that does not have all of its parts, components and accessories included. Such merchandise will be returned to the buyer, COD. If you reject receipt of the returned merchandise for any reason, RetailSite.com retains the right to withhold the credit and resell or liquidate the merchandise.

RetailSite.com will issue refunds based on your order amount less actual handling fees and the original shipping charges.

If the return is a result of an error on the part of RetailSite.com, then the shipping charges will also be refunded to the BUYER provided that RetailSite.com is notified immediately after you receive the merchandise.

RetailSite.com will notify the BUYER via email once the returned merchandise has been received and processed. Any refund due to the BUYER will be made within fourteen (14) business days of the date of receipt of the merchandise returned, in the same form of payment originally used to purchase the merchandise. After the receipt and processing of your merchandise,

RetailSite.com is unable to accept returns on items shipped to PO boxes APO or FPO addresses.

Due to the nature of some products or to manufacture and supplier restriction, some merchandise is non-returnable and non-refundable. Such restrictions will be posted in the items descriptions or details. There are no returns on any travel items. Travel items include Airline tickets and Booking fees, hotels, rental cars, cruises, and vacation packages.

RetailSite.com EXCHANGE POLICY

You may exchange merchandise for a RetailSite.com promotional code that is equal to your order amount, less the original shipping charges. RetailSite.com promotional codes can be used at any time toward the purchase of any merchandise on RetailSite.com.
